    Swiftnet’s low cost telephony products have been designed to be easy to sell to customers and to cut through the smoke and mirrors of the current line rental, calls and broadband bundle price wars.

    Our approach is simple. We break down a typical BT phone bill to let the consumer choose which service they wish to switch to make savings.

    Our product can be tailored to a reseller or agent’s requirements. Typically we make the following propositions to our customers.

    Save 10% on BT UK call charges.
    Save up to 30% on BT international calls.
    Save 13% on BT call connection charges.
    Save £24 a year on BT charges when you choose to receive a paper statement.
    Save £24 a year on BT charges when you chose not to pay by direct debit.
    Save £24 a year when you choose to make no calls on your landline.
    Save £35.40 a year on BT standard line rental.
    Save on BT call features and call plans. (Saving amount is dependent on the service required)
    Save on standard, fast and superfast broadband with unlimited downloads compared to BT standard broadband rates. (Saving is dependent on the service required)

    Customers can switch to make these savings independently, with the one exception of broadband that can only be provided with line rental.

    This service has been hugely successful with consumers who have had their fingers burned by what appear to be irresistible bundle offers, which turn out to be onerous in the longer term.

    Swiftnet lines, calls and broadband products all run on class 4 switches and are only routed across Tier 1 carriers.

    Because BT Openreach engineers back our services there is no compromise to quality of service and support.

    We have a dedicated customer service team and a 24 hour, 7 day a week customer support team to manage any consumer problems.

    Swiftnet’s live Portal offers you complete visibility of your customers CDRs and real time provision of services including new lines, CPS, broadband and BT line features provisioning.

    Furthermore, because you may have your own website we can integrate all modes of API to our rates and products.

    We will provide daily reports to your specification as well as monthly customer invoices by e-mail.
